How do I make a double variable display as currency (i.e. with two decimal places)?
You do seem to know what is needed. Yes, what a Trainer needs is a virtuous heart. Pokémon touch the good hearts of Trainers and learn good from wrong. They touch the good hearts of Trainers and grow strong... Go onwards! The Champion is waiting!

I know nothing about C#, but Google is your best friend.

It most likely won't give you any trailing zeros though.

You have to use a number formatter. There are some awesome open source libraries for it. Or just microsoft.
