Tried actually using watercolour pencils for watercolours. Not bad for a first try, if I may say so. c: Not gonna use the pen to line next time, just gonna try to use pencils instead, and only use pens to add accents if I need to.
A5, mixed pencil brands, ~5 hours
They're quite interesting! I personally only used them dry before this since my watercolour skills with paints are just augh-ful. They're a lot softer and blend much easier than regular colouring pencils. If you can find some at a reasonable price, I definitely recommend them!
Any generic brand should work, honestly. I was gifted Caran D'Ache pencils several years back, but there's no hope in hell I could afford the same ones unless they were on serious sale.
Even ones from cheap places like Poundland/Dollar Tree work if you can find one that stocks them.
Oh awesome! and yikes I looked up that brand of pencils. That's a LOOOT of money o_o
