Did I tell you guys I'm in a spriting race with Pope?

...I didn't? Oh, well I am. O: I'm revamping all the sprites from Green, while he does the ones from Red/Blue. I have the original sprites next to my revamps for comparison.

So here are my comments on some of the individual sprites. :D

Venasaur/Blastoise: I think these are the best revamps of the starters that I did. :3
Butterfree/Beedrill: I did twelve revamps the same day I did these. o3o
Pidgeot: <3
Ratatta: There's unfortunately not much you can do w a sprite this small. x3x
Pikachu/Raichu: I failed them! ;~;
Nidorino: I really love his pose, and I wish that they had used that pose in Nidorino's other sprites. I hope my coloring did him justice. o3o
Vulpix: I can't tell if I made it adorable or ugly. rofl
Ninetales: I wish I could've made the fire in the shape of a heart. :D That would've been cool.
Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff: I had to make their eyes look exactly like the eyes in their HG/SS sprites. x3x That's basically copying, isn't it? Oh well.
Paras/Parasect: This was actually the second time revamping them, but I've lost the original revamps. D:
Venonat: AHHHH WHAT DID I DO TO IT
Diglett/Dugtrio: I thought they would be easy to revamp BUT THEY WEREN'T.
Persian: I think this could pass for an official sprite! :D *shot for ego*
Psyduck: Surprisingly easy! :D
Golduck: Surprisingly ugly! D:
Mankey/Primeape: I just gave up.
Arcanine: My pride and joy~ <3
Poliwag/Poliwhirl/Poliwrath: PURE SPRITING TORTURE.
Bellsprout/Weepinbell/Victreebell: ...And that's how I came to hate the Bellsprout line. *shot*
Tentacool: Is the ugliest. :C
Geodude/Graveler: I'm adding rocks to the list of things I will never sprite again.
Golem: KAWAII EYES~ *shot*
