Made this a couple months ago I think. Rayquaza's quite challenging but also very rewarding to draw :3

WOWWWW I absolutely love this! :D The lighting behind Rayquaza and on the clouds, as well as the little whisps of wind around it, really makes this piece feel dramatic!
