Originally drawn while at a leadership camp back at the end of June, I saw this and decided to finish it. After redrawing Terezi's outfit to that of her Flarp character (and ancestor), I thought that just outlining it would be kind of boring. So I colored it with markers.
And I failed xD But it was a good start for me to experiment somewhat. If you guys have any tips for coloring with markers, let me know. It could be how you color to what you use, anything that makes marker pictures look better :D
Colored with (cheap) Crayola Super Tips markers.
The only complaint I have here is the highlights on her clothes?? I don't think light bounces off of clothes exactly like that. I would suggest putting your clothes under a direct light source and studying.
And that is a good point. I had wanted to add some highlights, but I couldn't figure out how to make them work. I guess making giant shiny blobs on the clothing isn't the best thing to do unless it's spandex, and I'm sure even then it's not that shiny xD
*adds studying clothing light and textures to to-do list*
Thanks for the tip c:
