Last year I joined my university's Taiko class. This video contains the three numbers we performed during the time I was part of the ensemble.

The first song is "Bon Odori," a traditional festival music number that is commonly heard through the streets of Japan. I'm playing a Chuudaiko on the forward right.

The second song I can't remember the name of. I do not take part of this song other than some off stage ki's (anyone familiar with martial arts might know this term ;])

The third song is Hanabi - japanese for "Fireworks." I play one of the small sitted shime drums.

The Hayabusa ensemble was some of the most fun I've had in my life, and I am currently looking forward to rejoining the ensemble Fall of 2012 if I continue my University education.
