My current base style. C: It's very Wooper-ish.

Edited from 's CSS style Summer in Johto (mostly because I am quite a newbie when it comes to CSS so I had to lean on her style a lot, hope you don't mind me using it~!). Didn't draw the background, got the cursors off of a cursor website. Gotta give credit where credit's due.

As with all my bases, feel free to use/edit to your enjoyment, but let me know so I can see what you do with it! C:

UPDATE: Changed a few fonts and such, made it a little more bubbly and a little more custom. Enjoy it!
