You may know of Pokemon White 2. But do you know of the dark secrets embedded into its codes? Black 2 shares none of them with it, and that is what is truly disturbing.
If you put a certain sequence of button pressed in before starting a new game from a fresh copy, the game would reach out with pixelated arms and trap you inside. Literally. Here is the story of one of the victims. We will call her 'Rosa'. ----- Groaning, the brown-haired girl sat up, noticing she was in bed. Where am I? All I remember is playing a game when someone told me to put in... something... She thought groggily. A mirror was placed on the wall across from her. Her brown hair was tied into two long strands with buns near their tops, her bangs held back by a pink and white visor. Blue eyes on a pale-skinned face stared back at her. She was wearing a long-sleeved white shirt with powder blue sleeves and a pink Pokeball-like image on it. Beneath that was a light yellow skirt over black tights and powder blue shoes. "My god! I'm the girl in the game! Am I... in the game..?" Her voice hushed to a terrified squeak. A voice called from another room in the single-story house Rosa had woken up inside. "Honey, you ready?" Rosa grabbed the yellow bag she assumed was hers and walked out of the room, seeing her 'mother', who had the same blue eyes and brown hair, waiting by the front door. "Ready for getting a Pokemon? Bianca said she would meet you where that amazing view is." "Okay." The girl left and weaved through tal buildings and wide streets, bumping into a boy in a red and black outfit matching his spiky black hair. "S-sorry..." Angry, the boy shoved her away, his orange Fire-Type pig Pokemon snorting a cloud of embers at her. "Watch it, dweeb!" Rosa hurried to a ledge hanging over a lake, with a blond-haired girl waiting with a glass case, full of three Pokeballs. "Hello, Bianca, I take it?" "Yes. Please, pick a Pokemon." She tapped a button to open the case and sent out the three Pokemon waiting inside. Snivy, a green and beige serpentine Grass-Type, Tepig, which was the orange pig Rosa saw the boy with, and Oshawott, an otter Pokemon that was blue and white with a scallop on its chest. The girl looked closely at each. "The green one, please." "Ah, you like Snivy, then?" Bianca hummed, handing a Pokeball to the girl belonging to the Grass-Type. ----- About a year later Rosa sprinted away from the dark figure, breathing heavily with sweat rolling down her face. "I really regret... leaving my... Pokemon at the... Pokemon... center..." She panted, leaping behind a rock jutting from the barren, dusty ground. Glancing meekly around the stone, she got a better look at the figure. It was navy blue and black, with red eyes and what appeared to be small heads instead of hands. "Hydreigon! Just kill her already! She must pay for ruining our plans!" A lime-haired man in a black robe snarled, pointing at the rock. The Hydreigon roared, balls of bluish energy forming in its mouths. It put its 'hands' up to its head, breathing out. The Dragon Pulse blasted through the rock, singing a bit of Rosa's hair and causing shards of broken stone to cut her. A loud screech rang in the air. The girl looked up, seeing a Braviary fly down. She got onto its back. "Thanks, Ace!" Rosa gasped, rustling its blue feathers. Hissing, a Serperior wrapped itself around the Hydreigon, crying out as it used Fire Fang on her tail. "Venice!" The girl wailed. Rosa was so distracted she didn't notice the net shot at her and the avian Pokemon. Weights pulled the two to the ground roughly, causing one of Ace's talons to slice open her thigh. The green-haired man slammed his cane down on one of the Braviary's wings, smirking with sadistic glee. "Hydreigon, please do the honors." As he spoke, a large rock surrounded by violet flames crashed from the air. Draco Meteor crushed the trapped trainer and Pokemon. Rosa was never seen in reality again. The game lures unsuspecting gamers in and never lets them go, assuring them of painful deaths, making them forget what real life is like. |
