Avatar Korra died in her fight against Amon, and he has taken over Republic City. Twelve benders are forced to participate in the Games, an underground Pro-Bending tournament hosted by Amon. Only one comes out half alive. The Games is used for entertainment for Equalists, and a reminder to Republic City that the benders have no hope.
